What a true friend is made up of

A friend is one who cares for you,
A friend is one who helps you in times of difficulties,
A true friend is always there for you,
Always there with you,
Approaching life in every way possible,
Listens to your problems,
Jokes with you,
Scolds you for the better,
Open-minded and patient,
Never thinks he/she is superior,
Willing to spend precious time helping you,
Comforting you,
And most of all,
Interacting with you,
Sharing their problems with you,
Not holding a grudge on you for doing something wrong,
Revealing their life secret to you,
Having bottled them up for so long,
Looking for the perfect friend,
Who not only listens to what they have to say,
But never let's the cat out of the bag,
Keeping the secret between one another.

Friends do not quarrel,
They do not fight with one another,
Do not scold each other unintentionally,
Does not wish to break the hard,
Long earned and lasting bond that not only kept,
But survived the hardship that we have gone through,
Endured and overcomed as friends.

These are the qualities that make a true friend worthy of sharing your secrets with, without having to worry that they might leak your secret to others and making you embarrassed, ruining your life.
